I love how there was subtle hints at things like discrimination, homophobia and sexism, whilst still being funny! when everyone was gay and jack and 'dean' weren't, and jack said they just looked the same! and when they were talking about women's sexy halloween costumes!

The joke is that Dean/Red-Ghost thinks that Jack is dressed as a racist, despite him seemingly wearing blackface under the sheet.

I especially love the editing in this, and how the two of you are doing your dialogue in a single shot instead of cutting back and forth between the two of you. It makes the dialogue feel much more natural, and funnier.
Also, the joke about Paul's resting face was one of the funniest things I've seen all year.

Lilith I don't think it's real, or CGI. It looks like a plastic fake one, which you would get from Tesco or Sainsburys. (If you're American, they're just stores, kind of similar to Walmart etc)
