I'm putting a 5.3l in a 4 door cutlass won't nothing blow out of my vents what do I run the vacuum line to coming from the round thing on the passenger side I know that's y it's not blowing that vacuum line is not connected to anything??????

Did you touch or cut any of the electrical??? Sounds like your blower fan check it for hot and postive
