Matatu operators hike bus fares across the country

The Matatu Owners Association and Federation of Public Transport Sector have announced a 20% to 30% increase in fares across the country a day after the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority reviewed fuel prices upwards to an all-time high.

I like it why should they not sell 300kshs per litre we need to balance our countries economy with developed countries, fares should be fixed all corner's at 150kshs to town only going back also 150kshs, Unga which is much used by kenyans should be sold at 400kshs per bag of 2kgs, milk per 0.5 litres should be at 100kshs, rice which we produce should be 800 kshs per 2kgs to boost our farmers, bread locally baked 800grames should be 200kshs this is the only way to fixed our dead economy .
