Great job. I have an '02 model in storage. Methinks it's time to follow your example and bob it for my grandson.

Great video, looking at doing this project myself. It would be really helpful if you could tell where the parts came from, mainly, seat mounting bracket, seat and front and rear fenders, indicators! That should do it thanks!

My first street bike was a 650 classic, it was a flawless bike, i wish I hadn't sold it. Even if i was moving, i should have kept it.

Hi I'm Gary..doing a build like yours and I was wanting to know what size your solo seat front to back length widest point width and nose width..the reason I'm asking is because I'm too tired of having to send things back to where they came because my methods of measurement are different than theirs..i sure would appreciate your input..thank you very much and enjoy that bike..gary

    Very nice work!!
Did you make the pieces you added yourself??
(for example the base of the saddle) or did you buy them from somewhere for this model?
and if so, how much was the cost?
    Thank you very much

I know it's been a while, but where did you get that seat mounting? I've been looking for a setup like that instead of the cheapo pans I see all over.

The Number plate holder, seat, and front and rear fenders all look like they have come from Blue Collar Bobbers in America, if so, they are all bolt on items and come with all the fixings and plates required, no welding or cutting needed, when you take into account delivery charges and customs fees you are looking at the thick end of £1000 if not more.... assuming you live in the UK that is,.... the seat kit alone is $417 dollars..... wish i was rich,,,,, lol
