This could be a stunning Country Estate really, with new floors in, as rugs or marble look floors or anykind one chooses and 'chandiliers' put in, and bathrooms finished, and the Kichen finished. Hopefully the septic and water or well , is really good and tested, and plentiful! Would just need to be checked and the insulation and roof, and not sure if it has basement or not? Could certainy find a lovely place for laundry within house with all the rooms. I think it must have had a plentiful 'well for water supply' once, if it was a golf course. As long as it still is the same then all is perfect! With lovely pictures on walls and the right older or antiques at least antique look furniture, of the 2nd hand antique stores may have some nice furnitue if you find the right places to look. But there are online places as well, and stores who have 'replicas' of the antique or Victorian furniture. Could be family home only, or bed and breakfast even! Your dreams are the limit, as long as you can afford to buy it and have questiosn answered as well as manybe hire the work done, and what you need to fill it with that would give it the truly rich look of a' stately countrly home ' But kept comfortable.' Lived in. But if someone is happy just the way it is right now, and just finish off enough to live in it nicely, right now, that would work as well, as it is the family being happy that is most important of all. They can slowly do it all, while living there even as logn as the main thigns are ready for use and to live in. But in my mind, I see a stately country estate! "If only" dreams came true!
