Really like this one. That kitchen is screaming for an island. Would make great extra work space. The entry way is wide enough to decorate nicely and add maybe a narrow sofa table with mirror above and a couple straight chairs on each side. Lovely hardwood floors. I love the location. Great views of the countryside, but you dont feel isolated with a few neighbors close by and town just a stone throw away. Cant go wrong with this one.😉👍

Nicest one you've shown so far - but the massive dark spot on the ceiling in the kitchen looks like water infiltration through the roof. And in a place like Ireland, which is already wet, you have to be very wary of black mold growing inside. I would need to get that repaired, mitigated, and certified before I would invest.
and from the back garden you can see its from around the old chimney, the flashing has probably gone. In the States that property would be basically unsalable until the roof/chimney flashing were addressed, and a certified environmental inspection performed to see about mold. Otherwise a super property!

The udder thing I noticed was how close to the road the property was, but inside I did not hear a single bit of car noise - that is a good selling point too for those of us seeking quiet, yet being close to modern amenities. Hi Mega We would suggest that it's very mixed in fact. Most properties built within a housing development would have built I wardrobes.
