This was clearly the early test prototype for "Crackdown". Both were pretty excellent, but it's obvious just how polished and incredibly awesome CD was by comparison. 🙂
Whats the name of the alien game with the third person for sight of the early eighties??? I can't explain more for it is an old memory. The only thing I remember are teleports an the fact you had to be in the right direction to shoot targets. Similar to eye of the beholder that had yet years to come.
This game was and still is visually awesome. Only improvement would be each level getting its own music, a la Sega's "Quartet". Game OST quality was always one of Sega's foremost aspects. :-)
Very nice game, the theme is good, the graphics are simple but spectacular, but the music could it be better. It's dark and boring. There's one thing which I don't really like it, the little robots who are following the player character. They are annoying. Alien Hunter for Amiga is similar to this and it is better in my opinion.
4:18 Hidden OPA-OPA!
Christopher Sobieniak This was also possible in the PS2 version.
4:40 And I think that's also a Flicky...
Good call!

Very fun game. The father of Amiga's Alien Breed series.
Always wondered why this and Quartet weren't ported over to Mega Drive. The hardware is very similar to System 16.
Once upon a time in the year 2000 AD.
More interesting than the majority of Diablo3 bosses and locations.
back to the thing from another world
Damn... We were supposed to be that advanced in the year 2000? What happened?
Social media based conflicts and information overload. :-/

Maybe Time Bandits
Hmm, similar to Eye of the Beholder and needing to face in the right direction? Sounds like it could be Xybots?

Looks like Mary from Quartet joins Alien Syndrome.
The voices sound different(?)
That's probably because this was done in a older MAME version.
i wonder what movie inspired this.
ms3bani Aliens (1986).
Mario G Hernandez whoooshhh

Robot options are uselss, no even range shot to hit a single shit...
They're good for when there's something behind you, like those green bean aliens.
