Excellent documentary! Love Churchill and love his legacy ❤ 🇬🇧 he was flawed, brave, patriotic and brilliant! Truly the greatest Statesman who ever lived! 👏🏽
Outstanding, Outstanding
This documentaries are exceptionally engrossing! Today is my second day, and I'm already in love with it!
Thank you!!
Man i found this chanel yesterday and the documenterys are so awesome and informative. Thank you for these keep makkng them!
Thank you so much for joining us Rafael!!
Same! Lol love it
“Madame, if I be your husband I’d drink it.”
Classic Churchill wit.😂
Churchill was amazing, one who was able to see and implement the needs of his country and as as a leader,
Just great channel, i was lucky to find it.
Thank you so much, it means a lot!
I wonder how many times he has turned in his grave over the last few decades, watching the 'strange death' of his nation.
He sowed the seeds of his country’s own destruction. The UK has him to thank
I am sure he'd be proud of his country safe and prosperous. It's just sad that a few brown and black people in England anger few bigoted idiots like you. That's exactly why he was fighting the NAZIS.
gotta sadly admit back in 1940 i'd of been tempted make peace with nazi germany as then had jo ides of existence of the holocaust, of course hi dsight essy but wow churchill said never no to hitler before war even started he a genuine hero
Us General George Patton even believed we were fighting The wrong enemy. I don't necessarily believe that but I don't think America an the UK should have teamed up with the Soviets either. We could have easily beat Germany in the Soviet Union in WW2.
Fantastic! Great Doc. of a hero. At the end I "think" a drop of salty fluid trickled out of my eye....Alas, I cant be sure. Thank you Slice.
Thanks so much for watching!
Never in the history of diplomacy was such an empty promise to cost so much! [The Munich Agreement]
Excellent documentary
He has been chosen as the Greatest British ever... and I would like to say that this is the greatest documentary about him
I absolutely agree. Love Him for what He had done for humanity. We need now someone like Him in the global political stage.
@@erickomar3752lol what?😂😂😂 Killing non whites was his true identity. You brits are real 🤡
American here I'm going to have to disagree with you. George Washington is the greatest British ever. He's so damn great he's over there in the UK right now not even standing on their soil. 🤣🇺🇸🇺🇸USA USA USA🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
… love Churchill.. and they even named a cigar after him !
One of the giants in the 20th centaury. His courage and foresight was incomparable among all statesmen in those days. His character and resolution surpassed all contemporaries, because his consummate confidence in himself by his heritage of John Spenser Churchill, the first duke of Marlborough.
There are a few men who without them the world would be significantly different. Churchill is one of those men. I believe with all my heart that all of Europe would be speaking German if it had not been for this great man. One of the post mentioned that this doc. Was one sided..... At this point i dont care about his faults. He sacrificed so much snd obviously cared so much for his country and knew evil when he saw it.
He had his faults like all human beings and was an aristocratic progeny of the Victorian era when attitudes were very different but without him as our prime minister, I don't have the slightest doubt that we would have surrendered to the Nazis and much of the world as well as ourselves would have been enslaved to the Nazis.
I was eleven years old when Churchill died and my school held a special assembly to give thanks for all that Churchill did for us and all the teachers who had served in the second world war and prior to his death wore their medals out of respect to Churchill and the Sunday following his death, the local Royal British Legion held a parade on a bitterly cold late January day and literally hundreds of men and women paraded, wearing medals from the two world wars and conflicts prior to the death of Churchill, many of them in tears.
He was the right man, in the right place at the right time.
One hell of a man 🫡, nothing but respect for Churchill.
Excellent narration! Who is it?
EXCELLENT DOCUMENTARY. WINSTON CHURCHILL ✌️✌️✌️
It’s a trash documentary, the first 2 mins was cringe as fun. Churchill was a fking drunk. Brit’s did crack the enigma code, perhaps that won the war in my book but Churchill… winning the war… Had it. It been for the US there would be no Churchill as without the US the Brit’s were toast
Thank you so much!
4 hour nap in the afternoon?
It was an informative and wonderful historical coverage video about Sir Winston Churchill.. he was a brilliant maneuverabilite and unstoppable political pragmatism leader
How did he ever get voted out of office?
The British people were sick and tired of 6 years of war. They wanted to move away from the establishment and wanted healthcare and good homes. The Conservative Party didn't offer that, labour did.
They were fed up with war an going with out,so wanted to move on,
He,was a,war time leader people put up with more then
@@apollocreed5391 Spot on, and many of those remembered the 'homes fit for heroes' promise of Lloyd George's government in the first world war and what became of that and were determined that was not going to happen for a second time and wanted change for all their sacrifices.
😂❤I love thus man. Bi polar 1 like me 🎉
Excellent
Excellent.
Thank you!

Yes, at the start of the great replacement.
In case you did not know it, both world wars were won by men and women of all races and creeds from many countries, including those from our commonwealth and then empire and from countries under Nazi rule who came to us to fight on against the Nazis.
Oh, and by the way, the highest scoring R.A.F. squadron in the Battle of Britain was 303 Polish squadron and Poles fought gallantly in Arnhem, Monte Casino and just about every campaign in the second world war and Poland was given over to the Russians at the end of the war and the Poles right from General Sosabowski downwards were treated worse than many of the defeated Nazis.
@@walterkronkitesleftshoe6684 Without all those men and women of all races and creeds who fought the Nazis, you would not be here to make such a childish comment.
@@seandobson499 No, Britain saved herself in 1940-41. The commonwealth weren't here to do it in any great numbers at that point. And if you can't see the current replacement going on you need to wipe the sleep from your eyes.
This is the first criminal in history. He played the biggest role in igniting the First and Second World Wars, which resulted in the killing of tens of millions. He deserved the title given to him (Son of the Devil). Because history is written by the victors, so he is now considered one of the historical heroes.
One hell of a man
great documentary
Thank you!!
Gallipoli was glossed, Arnhem etc.
A beast of the 'black dog'
Gallipoli was addressed. Churchill had nothing to do with Arnhem.
@@kiwigrunt330 Who claimed Gallipolli was not addressed ?
Let's not be naive
Nobody gets it all right the British lose every battle except the last
Churchill was a wonderful man
Seeing many Docomentories about that Guy he has also plenty "Dark"Spots.Like Gallipoli and Gas bombing in Middle East.
Yes, alcoholics can be great men. 🤘🏼
90 years of sentience on one liver attested to 'good living'
“Liquor never dulled a good man’s senses”
Such a legend
Churchill , there is another darker side.
Chemical weapons: pro or contra ?
Churchill probably: son pops needs some help.
The United States of America: damn it pops again? Alright i guess but its only because im trying become 2-0 in a world war😂 lets go old man.
Chamberlain betrayed my home, Czechoslovakia. Don't betray Ukraine today.
Who has penned the story? My special thanks to him and the narrator!
Wartime leader in the dark days of 39 to 41 then the
Americans took over the war
😊
Britain nor England
ah the story of B.B. Blunder.
Nice documentary, but you really fail to tell both sides of the story as well aq the controverse around this man. A documentarh is supposed to be more or less neutral and objectively. This 51 minute film is simply a hymn about how great a person he was, it lacks depth
For whiners... 🧻
Der Strolch!!!!
Er hat Dresden bombardiert!!!!! Erzfeind immer !!! würde nie ein Auto aus England kaufen....
I would have loved to live in those times now 5g life is not as happy as before mart phones
still 20 years younger than Biden lol
He was behind the death of millions Indians and man-made facade and famine
Sir, study the history surrounding the event, the Bengal famine. Churchill could not help the Indian people of that area. As he said, "I am fighting in the North Atlantic for our life". I need all vessels at war against the wolf packs of Germany.
He could allow ships laden with rice for the Indian people might well of landed in Japanese hands. Study your history sir, with all due respect. I have been a student of Churchill for over sixty years. Catherine Scott
@@catherinescott8394 Mam I agree that it was important to fight against the Germany, Italy, Japanese and everything but please understand this India wasn't in this war or had any part or reason to fight it Indians were dragged to fight the ww1 and ww2 just bcoz of the man power and they were ruled by the British I would kindly advise rather request you to please see some more documentaries and read the literature regarding Bengal famine and Indian independence (mind you these should be all independent )no hate to anyone anymore thanks. Churchill was RACIST and its a shame that this documentary doesn't mention that very important detail about Winston the Racist
if you lived during that time you would be a racist too
@websitemartian Doesn't excuse Churchill being an Imperialist Rascist and him killing millions.
Deeply racist
Oh look, a left winger.
Tariq Ali's recent book on him opens eyes. He was not the hero present day people imagine him to be.
Or the murderous despot that lefties and Indian nationalists paint him to be either !!!!
Failed to tell the truth about how many life's he cost in the mid east.
He wouldn't have to have done those those things if not for AH.
"If a man does what he ought not except for the circumstances it is still virtuous to feel bad about them"~Aristotle
Whether or not Wiston Churchill felt bad about those things is something I don't know. I know that many Polish after the war felt betrayed by the Brits after the war.
@@maciejpieczula631Just like the French did.
You’re illiterate, mate.
The Axis cost those lives in the middle east...
And how many lives did the middle east cost in the middle east?
Get off your moral high horse long enough to get your facts straight
First class imperialist who caused bengal famine, worse than hitler
He didn't cause the famine. He delivered 1 million tonnes there
Try to explain how he caused it...
Imperialist and a Rasict.

lol John Churchill was given the title Duke of Marlborough after his victories from a lowly rank (with his wife who was a player in the court) in 1704 1706 1708 1709 and the seat (big big big house) of Blenheim Palace hence the rise of the name .
