Cool, great detail in video. You're going to think I'm crazy, but all I need now is a little bit wider base for stability on this crawler so I can attach blades of death and use it to mow lawn. Also need to add OpenCV to identify lines from contrast changes from grass to curb, driveway,, and shrub areas. I've already placed black shredded rubber mulch to shrub area to increase contrast between grass and shrub areas. Contrast difference, can create lines using OpenCV and video camera to follow and keep crawler on same side of line it started on. You should do a project creating an autonomous mower out of this.
Very interesting video. Will it matter which version of pixhawk you use. I have both a Pixhawk 4 and a Radiolink Mini Pix. I was going to use one of these in a tracked RC Vehicle.
Yeah it's rough out there. The secondary markets like ebay or amazon has the Pis but they will be marked up quite a bit. Probably closer to the actual price of the pis
I was building my own rover with RPi instead of Jetson Nano. This is my lucky day lol. Are you planning to do a GPS setup guide? Somehow couldnt make it work yet.
Yeah that should just be plug and play. Make sure to flash the pixhawk with firmware. If you aren't getting a GPS lock, bring the vehicle outside and let maybe 5 minutes go by
Hey, your projects are amazing. We want to feature your projects on our channel (with proper credits to your channel). If it sounds good, then kindly reply.
I think one day you make this with raspberry pi ❤😂

Thanks @Fred ! It won't matter which version you use, as long as it can run ArduRover from ArduPilot
@@thedronedojo I need a help dojo please

Might have to put this on hold for a few weeks, Cant find a Pi for sale in the UK. All the stores I have looked at are all in back order stock.

Haha wow it is your lucky day! The GPS should be pretty straight forward, like plug and play. Are you using a pixhawk? What GPS module?
@@thedronedojo yep using pixhawk 2.4.8. GPS module should be M8N if im not mistaken.

@@thedronedojo will try as soon as possible. thanks a lot and keep up the awesome work my man!
No problem! Let me know how it goes :)
I have like 10 apm 2.6 and 2.6! Flight controllers can i still use Apm?
Since raspberry pi has built in wifi can you do without the wifi bridge module?
Very interesting video. with all telemetry ports charged how can I please add a lora communication to this rover. i will be grateful for some help
❤❤❤❤❤
Do you sell just the pixhawk? I have an old one that i think is messed up.
Hello, does it really take a long time for the pixhawk to connect with the rpi
u should use a knock off like the bannana pi or use a zero
Hi! How can we contact you for the drone brand collab?
I'm curious why my arm throttle command at around 17:39 does not continue to send a message 'AP: Throttle Armed'.
