PMDD is the worst. I can completely relate to the horrible fatigue that comes with it. I hope you feel better. Your hair looks great.

It really is. I'm sorry you also know what that level of fatigue is like. 🤗
Thanks! It feels so much better now.

    You could try thinning shears

🤦‍♀️ Ya know, I never thought to buy any...and the hairdressers have ALWAYS used them on my hair. Thanks for the suggestion!

Your assessment of all the various things in everyday life is actually very good.
But you never talked about the various thought processes that cause you to arrive at your various decisions.
    Are you an impulsive person?
Or do you plan things vigorously?
    Are you influenced by others?
Or are you a lone soldier?
And lastly, who or what inspires you to do better?

      Thanks.
I wasn't really in tnhe mood that day for a deep dive.
      Sometimes.
      Often.
      Not really.
      Nope.
My family and friends, and many people I find inspiring.

@@mymusings47 Ok thanks for the answers and i look forward to a deeper video where you go into deeper issues.
I have enjoyed watching you personal life but allow me to point out that absolutely nothing is known about you between the years 1975 - 1998.
      That a 23 year gap.
Whatever happened to you in those crucial years would have had a massive effect on you for the rest of your life
Jesus went mssing for 18 years.
Absolutely nothing is known about him during that time.
Whatever happened to him in those crucial 18 years would have a massive effect on him for the rest of his life.
      Same thing with you.
Those 23 years were and are massively important.
If you are deliberately secretive about the years 1975 - 1998 there has to be a reason.
      Just an observation.
If you were abused during that time then its probably best to keep it off camera.
But otherwise, i personally think you should give people the history and background so they can put the many other things about you into context.
      Peace.

Thanks for your interest. I'm just as curious to see where the vlogs will take me in the future.
I hadn't really thought about discussing my my childhood further on this vlog as I wasn't overweight until I was an adult and I've already spoken about being an athletic child and that I've had PMDD since my first menstrual cycle. So, to my mind there's no need to talk about those things as this vlog is about my current struggles with PMDD, MS, fitness etc.
Again, thanks for taking the time to ask some interesting questions.
