Thanks for the video man. I just did mine. And I had read somewhere that my 06 club car precedent might have it prewired. And they were all there! (For any future readers... Orange wire near battery. And behind key area there was a blue (switched hot), black (ground) and orange (down to the battery area for sender unit signal).
Awesome video...answered everything I need to do this same job. Any chance you could make a video how to wire up the “accessory” relay like you have for lights and the gauge when the key is on? Also a great idea! Thanks in advance
Excellent video ! Very clear and precise !! I need to put one on my 11 - g29, To fine tune it by tipping the fuel “bulb” or turning it a little right or left ?
I’m doing this right now after watching your video. I’m having an issue where the gauge & SU work on the bench powered directly from a battery. I have no power to them from the ignition switch. Do you think my switch is bad or am I missing something?? Thanks
What state you located in I have a 1993 club car DS that I would like to drop a 420 engine like you did in your other video. You interested in making some dollars?

Excellent video. Designing it to leave a reserve is a good idea.
Thank you for the video. You explain it well. Doesn’t look bad at all. Going to be trying this on my Yamaha cart.
