Best OBS Studio Recording Settings (1080p, 1440p, 4K)

Here are the best OBS Studio recording settings for different resolutions. In this video we show the best recording settings for 1080p, 1440p, and 4K. While these are the settings that work best for us, if you have a low end PC then these may not work for you. Additionally, you may prefer to use a higher quality if you have a high end PC.
Using these settings you should have no lag in your recordings, however, this will depend on your PC's capability.

question in the encoder settings i dont got a option for present like p:5 i got quality balanced and speed which correlates to that

Why is the CQP number going UP when the resolution goes up? The lower the number, the more quality encoding. Higher is worse

i have problem with the amd encoder whenever i want to save replay from replay buffer it does save it but always at low time for example i set replay buffer at 240 s but when i save the replay it saves only 30 s. thats only when i use amd encoder. any fix for it?

If you got av1 as an alternative go for it! AV1 is only for nvidias 40-series cards, so its better
