I just went through a breakup with my long distance girlfriend and best friend of 2.5 years. Finding this song really helped me and even though she may never come back at least I can still hope that “better days are coming”. Thank you Dermot.

Coming from a very dysfunctional family, with all the dramas and struggles that come with it, it took me a while to realize that we are not what happened to us. Healing is a process, a commitment, and sometimes it is hard, it hurts and we have to make choices that make us feel sad but the change has to come from within first. Then life changes too. We don't always see it, or feel it clearly, it is discreet and subtle, but yes, slowly, better days do come.Take heart ♡

Everything about this was absolutely mesmerizing. When I say mesmerizing, I mean from the scenery, the calm waters, Dermot's hands playing his guitar with ease, to his voice and the perfectly poised moments of absolute emotion. I cried from the beauty of it all. I mean I didn't even get to the actual beauty of the whole man. What an artist. This was by far the best thing to happen to me.
