    My schools record holder for a good mile, 2 mile, and 5k trained in the Invincibles. They defiantly have some magical powers.

    Ben can you please make even a short vid or section in your vids about strength for runners?

    Love seeing your training runs Ben. I was thinking the other day while watching one of your race recaps -- I'd love to see a video of your pre-race warm-up and what that looks like. I love seeing the variety of distances you cover as well. It takes a lot to go from running marathons to shorter races. Also, in your marathon video you were running with a pacer for a while. What pace was he targeting? As always, love your work -- you are an inspiration for my training.

    Thx Ben. These might be my next pair of shoes. Good point about older runners, I'm in that category now and really need the cushioning.

    Great and honest review as always Ben! Love your eye for detail in your videos and photography skills 👌
    How do you compare these (or the V1) vs the Hoka Clifton 8 (my fav daily trainer for easy miles)?

    I am a high school middle distance athlete and i NEEED your stretching/strength routine that you do right before or in preparation for a race or even a workout run. And what to do straight after training or a race. Thanks

    It is bouncy and fun but that bounce is lacking direction. It is a bit of a wild bounce...

    Hey Ben, great video. As always. As for the noise, I didn't mind. Nice to see new places, like the garden.
    A question: do you use the roll for repetition or time?

    I have two pairs of version 1's and they are my go to training shoe. They certainly do protect the mature runner from injury. Well done at Watford. That was my local track about 35 years ago.👍

    Hi ben, fan from Malaysia here. Firstly great video. Question, if I dont have the V1 do you recommend to the V2 ? I just a recreational runner that new to run. Another one is, if Nike have sale, V1 or V2 is better. But for the color I think v2 is more fun than v1 😅 Tq. great vid.

    Would you ideally just use these for your easy long runs or do you think they’d be good for faster tempo type workouts?

  • @vanapa9
    @vanapa9 2 года назад

    9MM drop is meaningless----need to know exact stack in forefoot and heel. Nike told me that version 2 is approx. 2.5mm more foam in both forefoot and heel that's 2 and one half MM extra[not really noticeable by many-but I noticed a bit more cushy/springy]
