@Nigward Testicles towards the end what annoyed me personally was how he just stands and watches rather than take action. he should already know what happens yet acts as a bystander I'm specifically referring to the arc with the fight between toman and valhalla, now before you hit me with the fact that his character is supposed to be scared and panicky there are moments where he does something especially when he took that knife to the hand showing that he supposedly grew a bit to fend for himself but in this arc he just goes back to being how he was prior to joining toman. Pretty sure he was made like this to be convenient to the plot with Baji and all

I forgot Takemitchy threw the first punch in this episode. In a fight he wasnt even involved with 🤣
takemichi was strong but not like any captain and he probably can defeat chifuyu but he just so suck at fighting lol he needs a proper fighting lmao
i actually like takemichi... his reactions to everything are very realistic imo. he also has his othet ways of showing his personal strengths. as a manga reader, i personally love takemichi's character.

The amount of people I’ve seen hating on Takemichi for not being as automatically badass as Mikey or Draken is honestly disgusting.
People are allowed to cry. People are allowed to have feelings. People are allowed to make mistakes. People with trauma are allowed to have relapses.
Him being “an adult” doesn’t automatically have to make him stronger or smarter or braver than the “kids.” In fact, kids are often braver *because* they’re younger, and don’t have as much negative life experience.
So thank you for actually being a decent human being and acknowledging what he’s going through.

So basically these guys havent seen Steins Gate, Re:Zero, or Erased yet? They really should, not only do they also revolve around time leaping but they are amazing animes worth the watch
@groundhog king Personally I just read the Tokyo Revengers manga because I don’t think the anime executed the panels properly although I like it, I still agree that there are other time leaping anime’s that need to be acknowledged more than Tokyo Revengers

Here is the little info i know abaout japanese gangs, first thing in Japan (by law) there are no firearms accesible to civilians, only if you were in really shady stuff maybe you could get one. Second, when a gang is formed and it clashes with another one, usually is bare handed fights and rarely there´s even knives involved, for more context only when yakuza families go at war with each other thats when knives come out.
Third, the gangs formed here are young delinquents (13 to 17 y o) so they try to avoid to brake the law so the police doesn´t have a record, you are basaclly banned from universities and it´s dificcult to get a half decent job, just for being in juvie
Fourth and final, the author of this anime used to be in a gang.

The time travel aspect to prevent certain events definitely not new to anime I recommend “Erased” and a movie called “the girl who leapt through time” this one is really similar to Tokyo revengers time travel rules .
