You know, there is canonically magic items that change character races in Overlord (well the game YGGDRASIL) so he could theoretically just use one of those but he may end up sacrificing power since 50/100 of his Levels are in racial levels.
Ainz already has one such item, problem is he can't use it because his Karma is the absolute lowest, and he just continues to do things that would otherwise lower it further if it didn't have a limit. Essentially- he's stuck as a skeleton.
