CUT OUT TEXT IN INKSCAPE

  • Hey guys, so today I'm going to show you how to cut out text from a photo or an image and we are going to be using a program called Inkscape. By following these easy steps, the first thing we want to do is to import the photo, next scale it. Then click on the create rectangles and squares tool to draw a rectangle over the part of the image you want to keep, hold down the shift key to select both objects or either select both drawing a big rectangle over both objects with the select and transform tool.
    So while the objects are still selected, the next step will be to click on path, object to path. And next, object, clip, and set. And you should have the text successfully separated from the image.
