You know, this is probably daisy (Skye) full power, she didn’t know how to control her power at the time, and it was a defensive reflex so she didn’t even have time to think about how much power to use. Imagine how powerful she is now? Knowing how to control her power and has the centipede serum in her blood
It wasn’t even concentrated. She could do that with a blast that has the radius of a damn baseball. She’s entirely capable of killing a lot of high tier villains by herself. Vibration frequencies literally hold everything together on a molecular level.

He literally took the shot after she didn't have her gun, using a real gun after Bobby said to use Icers it was definitely planned by Shield. This is why I started disliking Shield in season 2
Bobbi is not bad at all. She knew Skye before her transformation. We just know that they are afraid of peoples with powers (Like SWORD) and "the real shield" want to control them. She betrayed the team because she is thinking that she is doing the right thing to do for everyone.
