This is probably really helpful. I heard of the 20 20 20 rule which is every 20 minutes you look an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Will definitely get this

I’m sorry, but this app is only available for MacOS right now. In case we ever expand to windows will make another trailer to showcase the app there too. Thank you for your interest though! 😃
