I've only gotten a few minutes into the video, but I was stunned to hear Jaz talk about how young most of their fans are, because my 12 yr old son is into them.
If you ain't struggling you ain't living! Thanks KJ for the struggle and the history you have left for generations to come if we survive as a species. Fantastic interview!
Saw them in 80’ and they were instantly my favorite band by far...I’m over sixty years old now...and they still are ! Great to hear young kids today get it! What an incredible experience...Killing Joke....sometimes I think they were so far ahead that ppl are just getting it now , they didn’t then, we’ll most I thought.
then the 2nd time was at the townhouse studios when nash the slash and I- i was his tech- were invited into the studio for the final mix- also saw the lp being cut at townhouse cutting room as well
I am very fortunate to have recorded a couple songs in York St. If these dudes had turned up when we were there i would have gladly shared the weed hahaha RIP Raven!
Quality over Quantity - Longevity - that is the key. Killing Joke stands on their own every time...... Thank you for posting this video interview..... And by all means get the boxset! - I did - fan of over 30 years.....
Thanks for posting this interview through the 3 clips, it was good to hear some of the stuff they had to say about the times etc, during all the releases...
Killing Joke is excellent art. They are inventive players and this sequence of interviews shows their intellgent creativity. And like all artists they are observers of the world and its excesses - which their music rightly warns us against. RIP Geordie
I always thought Jaz would be quite a scary character but he's a real down to earth bloke.

first time I saw them was in Luton at aylesbury- the passions and uk decay opened- 1980

I think this is the band right at their peak.
Really strong material, playing great.
Rest easy Geordie.
Great video. Ferguson and Jaz complement each other so well politically. Geordie is the quiet maverick. What a trio.

7:17..... Paul's face... amazing
these guys are my beatles
I came to this off The Beatles videos. It’s seamless. Both bands have big characters and great tunes.
Fantastic open comments from the band
Gawd bless Killing Joke
Jaz has fantastic resonance in his voice
2022 is gonna be a good year for Killing Joke..
im one of those lifelong friends jaz is talking about- hes stayed at my house when they recorded HA
Classic good times!

That was awesome! I really enjoyed that. I knew they were weed heads. Takes one to Kno one 😂🤘🏻
Love these guys.
"Disaster Capitalism!" PLEASE FILL YOUR BOOTS BOYS!
2020's a CLASSIC vintage!🤯
Don’t do drugs kids!
Give the damned interviewer a MIKE!!! I’m glad to hear what KJ has to say, but some of it feels out of context considering I can’t hear the questions!
I can barely hear the interviewer. It's like he's two rooms away. Volume way up, then volume way down.
why did you skip over the singles from "Brighter Than A Thousand Suns" and "Outside The Gate"??
It's a shame those records are still so taboo. They were way better than 99% of stuff at the time.
If they feed off disaster the scamdemic should inspire their best album yet.
A tour will commence in 6 months, so there is hope a new one is in the works.
its annoying when you have to turnb it up to hear the interviewers questions and down whe they're talking Time to invest in another microphone
Why is the interviewers mic so low ?
cause he doesn't have one
Why they never talk about "hosanas from the basement of hell"? For me is one of the best records!
I think Gratitude is definitely the best track on that album.
Did you hear Jaz saying that his memory goes blank after the 2003 tour? That's why. Although a brilliant album, it was a bleak time for the band.
Woah can’t keep that Geordie Walker quiet can you? Let someone else speak, eh? 😂
Too bad the interviewer wasn't mic'd as its often difficult to hear his questions
😘 much Love. Start a Rock Riot. Amen
Jaz 2:53 😆😄
Great interview but certainly not a “track by track” at all. 🤬
