Les You are the man. You've been kicking ASS since 79. May you play for another 35 years or better yet 70. You better be slapping the shit outta the Bass at 120.
Ain't many who have cranked out excellent and original music for as long. Hendrix would have ended up doing experimental jazz, Joplin would have come to classic torch songs. Thank Goddess that this guy had the wisdom to set out to suck.
i fuckin love les claypool. the main bass riff is so trippy. when you smoke weed and listen to this it feels everytime he plays a note and makes tht little wiggle noise my brain is wiggling around in my skull and it feels sooooooo goood
This song is amazing, it's the theme song for the new movie PIG HUNT as well, just played to a sold out house at the Roxie in SF, two nights in a row! Buh Buh Buh Buh Boonville Stomp!
This movie helped introduce me to Les Claypool, I didn’t know what the hell was being played all I knew was I liked it. I do personally wish there was an instrumental version like in the movie.
I saw him in Vancouver last night. It was, hands down, one of the best shows I've seen. Right up there with Roger Water's Dark Side of the Moon show. I can't remember if he played any Primus stuff, but its worth going to just for his solo stuff. Just go! You'll regret it if you miss out
Claypool is the man. First time I ever heard "Jerry-" back in 1990, I was myself trying to copy Levin's "Elephant Talk" stick-lick on a fourstring bass... someone said "hey man, you gotta hear this. Kind of pissed me off at the time to tell the truth. He's obviously a Levin lover, go listen to his Thela Hun Ginjeet cover... phenomenal. He needs to write a song about the Epic Beard fight.
This sounds just floats around in my head,Trying to figure out what to think about. It doesnt know what to do really!!!! There no sound like these around. The 1 and only luv it
awesome song, hope to see les live on his europe tour next year!:) its a great clip btw remembers me a bit of mr kinkle but i dont know why:P the movie PigHunt was great too!!
Original and appropriately eerie, perfect music for the movie. Pig Hunt is highly under rated. Good acting, good story, realistic. These people (depicted in the movie) could have been plucked from the hills of a certain neighborhood I know of.
Thumbs up if you like les

My girlfriend and I were watching Pig Hunt and as soon as we heard that she said the same thing. Les is the man.
He was director of the movie.
i fuckin love les claypool. the main bass riff is so trippy. when you smoke weed and listen to this it feels everytime he plays a note and makes tht little wiggle noise my brain is wiggling around in my skull and it feels sooooooo goood
I'm convinced that Les Claypool is actually an escaped Deliverance character.
Now you know the truth. Now if he will just put the banjo boy in his band.
This is like some shiznit you'd here playing in a different universe, some crazy acid washed, bad ass kinda place.
I believe the place is called Booneville 😅
One of the best songs I’ve ever heard.
his music is always so original it never fails to blow my mind
He like what 6 bands? Never uses the same bass riff in the 200 plus songs.

This song is so good
Why do I like this acid trip
this song is great. It has that backwoods hillbilly sound mixed with Les Claypools craziness. Its just epic
❤❤ absolutely amazing. He had me at Primus.
I’ve known this song for as long as I can remember and I’m glad I found it again
Fantastic artistic quality. It's impressive how he keeps adding to his style again and again.

This song worms its way into your head, like a maggot in an apple.I love it!!!
This whole album is so genius, the contrast of the horror type melody and a sort of fear inducing tune makes it truly a masterpiece
It's because its something truly new and original.

I can't be friends with people who dont like les claypool (primus)
Why would you want to be?
Yeah. Screw them. Are they even human beings?
Then we can be friends
Oh yea! 👍
So most people lol
My dad and I used to listen to this when he drove me to preschool
Les Claypool did a fabulous job in memphis tonight and we haven't enjoyed a show here this much since Bob Dylan came to Orpheum two years back.
This movie helped introduce me to Les Claypool, I didn’t know what the hell was being played all I knew was I liked it. I do personally wish there was an instrumental version like in the movie.
