I wake up at 4:30 in the morning for school because I want to do these workouts, Anna and 30 minutes. I always do it half 50% and then I do it the other half in the afternoon.❤❤❤❤
I couldn't imagine that about 4, almost 5, months ago when I began doing yours workout I could do 30 min without stopping, I'm proud of myself and really glad to meet you here on youtube. 😊

Liked this one! I needed to shorten the reps to 35 seconds, just so I could get that 10 second break to properly get ready for the next move, and get into the proper position. Otherwise, I felt too rushed, and couldnt start right on time anyway. Other than that, it was awesome!! Maybe a 45 second on,10 second break,to get into next position would be the only thimg I'd change!It was a great full body, and cardio workout! Thanks Anna!! 🎉❤

That was indeed a freaky Friday workout. Somehow expected to do Tabata like the last last weeks but that was a challenging surprise. It was the hardest of your workouts I've done so far and I had to take some micro breaks sometimes. But anyway, now I feel so proud that I finished it. Thanks for helping me grow, Anna!

I love how's my legs about to give up and Anna just switch to focus on arms just in time. 🥺 but tbh my body isn't there yet so i pause and rest and then come back over and over again and in the end I made it! Day 19 done. 💪✨ Took me about 1.30 hours to finish. I'm so tired and struggle a lot but also proud of myself after I finished it. Thank you Anna. your amazing work is such an inspiration💖

No. I'm here with Anna from november i think, done every day of this challenge and it's not easier. It's harder and harder. I didn't realize how "sweet" tabata was. 20sec workout, 10 sec rest felt hard. And i didn't even had chance to feel good about myself because it became 30:10. And then 50:10. And now it's 45:0. It's harder and harder, only pushing myself.. and all those affirmations and "you're strong, you did it, be proud of yourself" and "everyone is different, take a break if you need to" are just empty words. Because clearly workouts are harder a i should be able to do more. And people in the comments are like "She's so ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨radiant✨✨✨✨✨✨✨, i did 2 of your workouts today, please more workouts without breaks" so obviously there is something wrong with me. I would just love to have workout to feel good about myself. Not freaky, killer, extra sweaty, extra hard. Where yes you can modify it but there is always one giant reminder: these are times, weights, breaks and pace you should have and you're failing. I would love to have workout in this challenge that's "retreat, feel good about yourself, don't have 180+ heart rate, enjoy you can do this and all you've been through." I know nobody cares and probably nobody read this, but in case someone who is tired, dissapointed and feels weak and thinks he/she sucks, reads this just know you're not alone.
Me I did it with my mom and she is buff bdw but she couldn’t do it cuz she works mostly on her belly press but I introduced it to her and she couldn’t make it but I did 😊❤ I’m proud of her
@@zanetahnojcikova9024perhaps you could try starting out with her beginner friendly playlist. The hit it hard is a bit more advanced imo to get started with. It’s normal to feel like crap if you keep feeling like you’re not up for it. I would highly recommend you take a look at her other playlists: no jumping/beginner friendly. Perhaps you’ll come to appreciate the words of affirmation. Best of luck and take care of yourself ❤

At 70% complete I couldn't help but burst into tears. I wasn't ready for a so hard no-break workout. After crying for a while, I've thanked myself for what I've done and completed the cool down set. But I still feel really frustrated. I wish you rated the difficulty of your workouts for reference
