If we use Arkham batman than he definitely solos
Honestly Batman would deal with the L.O.V pretty easily. Shigaraki (not sure if I spelled that right) all he would have to do is doge and cut off a finger, at the end of the day his durability is that of a normal person it's just his disintegration hands. Kurogiri he would relies the same thing Bakugo did and just throw an electric batarang at the metal part. Toga is just a regular chick with a blood fetish who can shapeshift Batman would easily take her hand to hand. Lizard dude (Can't remember the name) just knock the sword out his hands and pin him like they did in the show. Dabi I see him having a lot of trouble against his flames if I remember correctly are stronger than Endevors only his body can't handle it. I could see him maybe forcing him to over use his quirk or throwing those freeze grenades he uses in the Arkham City game. Gigantomicia (also not spelling it right) he would just have to give him a TON of tranquilizer like they are doing in the manga so that way he slows down, either that or take out Shigaraki before he can give an order. Magic Man (Don't remember the name) isn't the only one with a bag of tricks, Batman has his utility belt he doesn't even have to get in close all he has to do is taser the dude. Also I could totally see him somehow getting his hands on those temporary quirk erasing bullets and just dipping his batarangs in the formula and surprise attacking them..
batman has a fire based enemy called firefly, he is a man with a jetpack and flamethrower
It would be crazy if Shigaraki teamed up with the joker.

In a one on one fight sure, but remember batman is the shadow, every place of darkness is his hiding spot, a place to watch, a place to attack. He would need to go more of his phycology and hurting their minds, batman will definitely go all the 9 yards of prep.
I'm pretty sure Batman could build a vehicle or mech of sorts, to take down Gigantomachia.

The only ones from LOV that can take Batman down are Shigaraki after receiving AFO's quirk(75 percent will be enough to speedblitz, anything past quirk singularity is overkill), Dabi and AFO.
All For One - obviously, the old man takes it. If we look at Prime AFO after rewind, it is overkill as well.
Dabi - not actually sure. Dabi in the second war goes all out, turning himself in a heat bomb, which makes it nearly impossible for Batman. Not saying that Batman cannot win, though.
