I got the impression that that was supposed to actually be the Joker or a genetic clone of him or something like that atlest trying to take over Batmans body.
The effect is different for each of the infected. All of a perception of Joker, and out of all of them Batman is the closest to knowing how the Joker thinks. That’s what makes him the most dangerous. The Batman who Laughs.
There’s one post lockup hallucination with Professor Pyg where Joker says “He’s sicker than me and Harley’s honeymoon tapes” and it always cracks me up

It's funny: although the Joker has been a time bomb waiting for his moment to unleash the apocalypse, it felt good to have him as a traveling companion, making jokes and talking to Batman as if he were his sidekick

She's alive in Arkham Knight comics but I'm not sure if it's considered canon. It was stated that before Deadshot could have shot her, Batman showed up and prevented her death.

With Azrael there, Deathstroke would probably end up getting himself killed if he went to slaughter everyone. He might be enhanced but Azrael would be enough of a fight for anyone else to simply join in and overwhelm Slade.

Ironically, the only reason I'm doing Riddler's Most Wanted missions is because I want to see Joker's reaction to him being locked up. I love seeing Joker's reactions, its hilarious and it makes the experience of doing these Most Wanted missions all the more worth it, because the more you do them, the more story you see and the more you see Bruce's realization that he can't keep fighting the truth that Batman will not always be there to protect Gotham, and Joker's right there beside him.......afraid of dying completely.

That's immediately what I said when I first heard Deathstroke's voice in this game! Not to say that this Deathstroke is bad, but for a guy that looks like he's meant to be in his 50s or 60s that voice sounded kind of young.

Honestly tbh having all the villains be put in one cell is one of the best things about this game. Like, it looks cool to see them all together, but the banter between them and the constant bickering lmaooo. I think if it wasn’t for the big threats going on outside, I would certainly enjoy myself as a cop at GCPD during this night.
I only ever feel sorry for Scarecrow after he’s put in there, he’s just an empty shell of the man he once was and it’s a shame we can’t interact with him (even though it’s understandable).

I still kind of wish at some point in the game, Harley & her minions would of been added to the collection of criminals in GCPD. Would of been interesting considering she was apart of the villain meeting before the game itself about taking over Gotham. My guess was that when she was locked away in the Movie Studio with the corpses of Joker infected Victims, either her minions were locked away together in a different part of the studio afterwards till the police came or they all bailed on Harley since a bunch of them didn’t like her.

Not sure if it’s in the comments, but when Ivy is still locked up, the Joker makes comments about her as well. I always wanted Harley to be brought over to the GCPD just to see how they’d have had her handle the other villains and balance it out a bit. Also always annoyed me she never found out about Ivy’s death, in game at least...

I find it hilarious how GCPD had Batman put a normal firefighter in the same maximum security cell as Deathstroke, Two Face, Riddler, Blackfire, Pyg, etc.
Well, it's supposed to be the job of the guard on duty to shoot them if they cause trouble (the law is not the same under an occupation)
Although in reality, only Deathstroke (and Azrael if he is imprisoned) are dangerous individuals, the others without their weapons, gangs or plans are thugs with cute and flashy names
When it came to Riddler and the fire chief Joker seemed to know what the right thing to do was more than Batman

I have a theory, what if Joker just wants to create a world of unpredictability, since he's supersane, understanding everything has to be insanely boring, maybe that's also the reason Joker likes Batman so much, because he doesn't understand why he would save Joker and not kill anyone, he concentrates on Batman much more than the world itself, because he's the only the whos actions Joker can't understand, that also might be the reason as to why Joker wants to make Batman break his one rule, to see what Batman would do if he snapped, and what better way to do that other than to turn the world chaotic, because a chaotic world breeds unpredictability

Not really. Apparently Joker's blood from Arkham City has mutated to the point thar it litterally acts like some corrupting agent and can turn people into him over time. The Joker you see is a result of the fear gas giving life to Batman's greatest fear: Joker taking him over from within.
TheSparky556 In short yes. Just as MTdaBlacking was saying the joker is the result of both the fear gas as well as the Joker's blood flowing through Bruce's veins. Because Bruce understood the Joker's personality better than anyone else, he's able to project the Joker in his mind as if he was actual there.
