There's nothing wrong in spending. But being aware of your finances is definitely important. I'd never recommend anyone to buy ULIPs, P2P for investments. A car is ONLY a liability. You can think of it as 1lakh rent for next 15 years because after that time it's of no value. Also remember if your FIRE number is 10Cr today, 15 yrs later that would equate to 40Cr. Just a few things to be taken care of. Apart from that cheers and awaiting your travel vlog!✌🏻

Thanks.
Hi,
For example, you buy into a share of the company and it's value goes down, technically you can still sell it at loss and get some of your capital back. Same thing is applicable to a car as well :)
Any investment avenue that you're holding in your portfolio can go down but you can still sell the same and get some of your capital back.
That investment avenue is still an asset your you, thought negative!
Following are the returns for my PF on CAGR basis
Stocks- 16%
ULIP - 15%
NPS - 11%
Real estate - 12%
P2P- 10-11%
Precious Metal- 12%
I don't have any PMS as the ticket size is 50 lacs. Wish i had that kind of liquid money / investable corpus 😅
15:43 he recommends taking home loan even if you have cash upfront. I am sorry but I don't understand your logic . Please calculate it in excel and provide a proper justification. It does not work that way. In any case, home loan rates are higher than FD rates. Only take home loan if you want to invest the amount somewhere where the expected return is more than the home loan rate and processing/admin charges
Home loan rates in India will vary between 6.5%-9% as per the current interest cycle in India. Home loans in India usually get paid in 10-25 years.
In that amount of time, you will be beating your HL interest rate hands down of you invest your money in just an Index fund !!
What is the point of this video? This guy's finance is already sorted. He was just showing off for the entire video.
😂contradictory statements which is he is trying to convince himself that his finances are on right path…. Buying holiday home in asangao ??? Is real estate investment for him … vehicle is asset … no term insurance he has … metal is asset … wants to retire early by 40 😢 gives p2p lending
Yes, RE is an investment for me. The value is already up by 20% in the last 18 months :)
P2P lending is a Risk-Reward game. I'm okay with the risk involved :)
Precious metals have beaten all indicies since the last 15 years. Kindly do your own research. It's giving me a rough CAGR of 15% which I'm more than happy with.

Potrayed him in bad light…by emphasizing on Alcohol so much…
Hahahaha absolutely 💯
Tell me about it !!
I just like collecting bottles, I'm not an alcoholic 😂😅
This guy should increase his passive income as his job will be taken over by AI in the next 2 years or maybe less.
Trust me when i tell you, it's a myth. It's just not that easy to replace a private banker !!
AI may take away the entry level jobs but not the private banking jobs !!

Hahaha.. 😂
Seems like a decent bloke but I dont understand why comment section thinks his finance is fixed…in fact I feel sad for those HNIs who has a wealth manager who invests 25% in P2P, doesnt have a term insurance for himself, invests in ULIPs & puts his vehicle in the investment pie chart.
He is already sorted..what did he fix?
He took tips from him
Soooooo.. Where is "Fix your Finance?"
Personally i never include my vehicles in my portfolio.

He is not sorted . Highly influenced by you tube videos of FIRE model.
I've been sorted way before these FIRE concepts became tredy :)
Wealth manager is putting vehicle as an investment. LMAO
The thumbnail says a different story. 😂
ULIP marketing 😂😂. First person i know who doesn't have equity but has ULIP. clearly promoting and marketing. He must have equity and not telling here.
Ghor kalyug bhai ! Ghor kalyug !
Certified wealth manager ko Anshuman ki zaroorat pad gayi !
I didn't get the part where Anshuman said it is advisable to take loan and not pay the entire money upfront.
By taking a loan u r paying lesser interest since principle goes down with every payment whereas the same amount grows more since the interest also adds to the existing principle amount

Unfortunately, yes :(

What's the deal with this trend of flaunting your English? Many white-collar professionals in India tend to respond to questions in Hindi using English. I understand you're educated and proficient in English; no need to explicitly emphasize it.
humare desh mein yehi colonial mindset to hai jo nahi gaya hai abhi tak!! If you speak in fluent english you are considered ok, but if you speak in an accent and be like this guy, you are considered way too intelligent!! Bolna hi sab kuch hai yahan pe!!
He mentioned about P2P lending.. how good is this avenue for 2nd income??
What's with this trend of answering Hindi questions in English ?
Looks stupid..
Guy bought a vehicle as an investment instrument, interesting
why is vehicle an investment ??? it’s a liability no ?
With 23L CTC, 1.58L pm doesn't seem accurate. Even if 23L was gross pay it should be around 1.3L around.
May be the PF deducted is very less!
its possible, salary structures are different from organization to organization
So my salary structure is tax friendly and i also have a HL, 80C investments, NPS, medical insurance for parents etc which i utilize judiciously and to my advantage which helps me save a lot of tax and increase my take home salary.
Very odd way of investing. Manages funds for HNI but doesn't invest in MF but does in P2P :/
Well, i like to have complete control over my equity investments and hence i chose direct stocks.
Also, the ULIP which i have is much cheaper than a mutual fund. FMC is much lower and returns in the long run are superior and tax free :)
P2P is just a matter of Risk-Reward ratio for me. Gives me a good alpha of 5-6% over and above normal debt returns. I know the risks and I'm okay with them !

I request Anshuman plz feature only those people in ur episodes who hv a salary below 50k and are having loans and some other debts etc then this shows had meaning..Don’t feature these type of showoff guyzz
Most of his episodes are like that. Atleast let there be some episodes where people are happy and doing well.

Dude wants to retire in 15 years but spends 50% of his income in expenses. To add to it, calls his car an asset. He should have been corrected in these things by the interviewer. His FIRE number is not achievable at this rate.

Also, kindly understand that my income level is not going to remain the same for the next 15 years. It will increase YoY. My expenses are not going to be 50% for the rest of my career. They are going to remain more or less the same. So the percentage of my expenses as compared to my income will keep decreasing with increase of my income.
My FIRE number is definitely possible in 15 years :)
@@darshanthakker1402 Hi Darshan. I can say with experience that just like saving, spending is also a habit. If you spend 50% now you'll spend the same proportion with higher income as well.
