2016 heritage softail classic - Trying to reset the pin. I followed your steps, same as in the manual, many times, being careful that I'm following the steps correctly, but after toggling on off on off on > pushing left turn signal twice (slow presses and quick presses, firm and soft) the odometer never changes to "Enter Pin". Any advice?

my battery of harley sportster went dead, i tried to jump it but my alarm started when i try to remove battery, now it's asking for a pin number which i never had a pin number what can i do to start my engine,i have my key fobs but i don't know my pin number
