Mahjong terms:
Kokushi musou - Thirteen Orphans, a hand made of all thirteen "special" tiles (1 and 9 of the three suits, all four winds, all three dragons) plus one extra special tile.
Rinshan kaihou - Complete a hand by first getting a Kan (get four identical tiles and collapsing them into a three-tile set), then pulling the winning tile from the extra tile you get by doing so.
Yaku - A point-scoring set. You must have at least one to win a hand.
Chi - If the person before you discards a tile that can make a three-tile straight (e.g. they discard a 1 of circles if you have a 2 and 3 of circles), you can call this to take that tile for yourself.
Tsumo - Call a win by drawing the tile yourself.
Ron - Call a win by taking an opponent's tile.
