Frank has taken more punishment than any other heavyweight that I can think of.when you got on the juice he was great.when he came off he was a disaster.hard to think of a heavyweight that has as many fights as frank mir.he is great at commentary I don't know why he does not pursue that career that he is a natural at.

I know Mir in the past had make remarks about Pride FC fighters, saying they thought they were king shit etc, when going into fights with Cro Cop and Nog, so maybe Alistair being a Pride veteran also had a bit of fire in him about it, I don't think it was much though in terms of bad blood or anything, Alistair coming off a losing streak too of fights he really should of won so probably felt a bit fired up
This was such a poor showing from Mir. Not sure where his head and heart were at during this time but it was like he was in second gear for the entirety of the fight.

he actually did so good off roids just shows how good of a kickboxer he really is.
