i used to play frontier for years, loved it, but its gotten to be too much for me to afford to play right now, but frontier has a bunch of sub types of elder dragons now, i actually like what i got to play i never got to fight this monster in particular but it looks like it would be fun, i did get to use tonfas which are op but so fun to use, just a pain in the ass to unlock. especially when you only have a partial knowledge of the language. Only Japanese , they don't intend to port it over here sadly but i would love to play it again, worlds good, but i still have fond memories of playing this since 2010 or so i think, so many overhauls, it used to play just like mh2 of which the base game it was based on, but its evolved so much, almost to a ridiculous degree, but it still seems entertaining to me.
@Finalhunter That's because historically speaking that statement has never been confirmed. It's just one of those fan made rules that have zero basis on any real fact but people believe them because "reasons". Fact of the matter is the Frontier series is just as canon as the mainline MH generational titles.
@@emenova3553 No it's really not, honestly this guy is tame as fuck compared to other Frontier Z monsters. Hell I'd say he's more tame then some monsters in World already. He's definitely way tamer then Behemoth or the ancient Leshen.
PC, PS Vita, PS4, XBox 360, PS3, Wii U. The Japanese version requires a VPN to play outside of Japan, and the Chinese version does not, but it does get content about 6 months later than Japan.
How is this game even fun with those weapons? It literally makes it look so easy. You have air dodges, jumping, recovery counters...like seriously capcom, just continue to take the hard and enjoyable struggle away from monster hunter...
@@chilzer5612 what i meant is it was not hard outside of deep g rank. Also mh fu was the only mh that was hard on all ranks. Also some weapons make every game super easy like lance.
Kryostra looks like a good ol time

Nice to see old players !
Oh, so Icy Teostra actually exists...
Matteo Joachim technically...other than the fact that frontier isn't canon
This fella is an Origin form of Teostra and Lunastra.
FinalHunter it is never officially stated but there is a LOT more evidence to prove it is canon rather than not
FinalHunter the ost is origin monster

This monster is absolutely beautiful. I wish he was in World. :(
I’d prefer this one over Lunastra, actually I wished Lunastra was like this.
Toa is too powerful and cant fit in
Maybe he'll appear in Iceborne
@@DarthMagatsuTitanus64 its a frontier monster, there chance are 0,001%

Damn this is the secret child of teostra and velkhana
I just realized that lunastra has toa’s nova
But Luna is more a bitch to fight than Toa looks to be
Is there anywhere I can find the music?
Considering we have Luna in world, Toa doesn’t look so bad nor outlandish
Its like a mix of blangonga and teostra
Now I feel like I want this game... What platformis it on?
pc, but its a japan only title

PC, Asia exclusive. Almost illegal to play else. (it isn't but Capcom basically tries to make it so)
That weapon is sick, what is it name.
Tonfas
@@TreeTats thanks
What is the name of the victory music of this game?
I know it’s been two years, but it’s MHDos’s victory theme.
Toastra
REAL NAME CONFIRMED (jk)
Isn't that Gureadomosus theme?
origin monster theme
Just a Telstra with the ice element
FinalHunter97 EXACTLY just cuz he is a “teostra” with ice does NOT mean they are the same difficulty TRUST me.
@@Humi-Maaja lmao
Those greaves are ugly but smooth run
BOI ARE YOU SHIT TALKING ODIBATORASU'S STYLE?! WHY I OUGHTA...
(Jk don't take it seriously)
氷海かここ
Those weapons need to be added into mhw
#NerfTonfas #BanTonfas
it is nerfed
Thank god, it seems so overpowered it made the other weapon looks like caveman weapons in comparison
Wish they brought tonfas to world or newer western monster hunter games
