    Modeling chocolate:
    16 oz chocolate- melt and add 1/2 cup corn syrup that is warmed. Mix until incorporated and let cool.
    Cake:
    Separate 14 eggs.
    Beat the egg whites with 1/4 tsp cream of tartar. Add 14 tbs of granulated sugar, keep beating until stiff picks form.
    Add egg yolks gradually, then 14 tbs of flour. Fold gently, divide into 2 baking pans ( 9x13). Bake at 325 or until done.
    Cream:
    3 sticks of butter at room temp cream for 5 min. Add 1/2 cup cacao powder, 1 tbs vanilla, 2 tsp instant coffee, and 10 tbs heavy cream.
