You have a mistake at 6:00 - The odds are not the same for both scenarios. In scenario 2 you said there's a 30% chance to lose 1000 dollars, so it's more likely to keep 2000 than to end up with 1000.

It's 50%, the audio just isn't super clear. I see how it might sound like 30%, but he says 50%! In any case, you get the gist :)

Thanks 4 the summary but can’t agree with the assumption, human brains are lazy, they are just too conscious to use energy and to focus efficiently.
Also, our personalities are inborn mainly though we can change at some degrees, which the mind would subconsciously operate as that is classified as the MBTI 16
combinations. However the biome compositions and our probiotics in our gut and immune system subconsciously affect our mind and temper as well. 😂
And about finances, leaving your emotiona at home? I don’t think so, our emotions are always slightly ahead our rational mind. An obscure impulse.
I guess we’d better alert when to use sustem 1, subconscious or system 2, conscious to make decisions.

"System 2 is only a few thousand years old." Lol modern humans are 50,000 years old. Not to mention subsharan Africans aren't modern yet it's assumed they have the same general pre frontal abilities
