Jacob and Julia’s respective abilities to vibe-read cartoon characters and take everyone else on a wild mental journey are unparalleled.
I'm just imagining teenage-version Ninetails just screaming "IT ISN'T A PHASE, MOM, I'M A WATER TYPE NOW." and just standing in the shower to soak his fur.

I'd never considered it before... but Hypno is just the Juliamon version of Drowzee. Its the same thing... but with an uncomfortable amount of man-ness.

Smearkachu is clearly the intermediate evolution between Pikachu and Mimikyu. Shellshockachu had to watch their loved one go through that enmeltening.
I imagine Julia's first drawing is the actual middle evolution between Pikachu and Raichu, but her second drawing doesn't evolve into anything. If you mess up and get the rat, that's it.
