Greetings all! I had a mental video from Thailand but it got flagged so couldn’t post it, Bangkok was wild as you can imagine. Will try get it out soon but I’ll stick out the Nepal videos for now!
Did RUclips flag your Thailand video. What do you think the reason was? Rumble gives more ad revenue for videos only on their site, perfect place for more sensitive content.
Harald baldr and bald and bankrupt have been slowing down which has given me time to experience new channels like Kurt caz and backpacker Ben Good job, Ben. Keep the vids coming and I want to point out that I’ve seen improvement in how your videos come out
I’m currently going back and watching all of Ben’s videos….if you get a chance my favorite on this channel is Vietnam with Timmy K and Bald. So many to like on here! Also, the ones with Kat are a favorite too!
Kurt copied Harold to a tee, especially in his start. "Am I filming" was literally word for word copying. I lost respect right off the bat. Men love him though. I guess they need someone to look up to, which is sad since it's a fake personality on their screen . Is this just American men who put these characters on a pedestal?
Welcome to Nepal Ben 💐 Unfortunately You caught a wrong bus there mate . There are nice buses with ac which run to Pokhara . Hope rest of your stay in Nepal is pleasant .
I wish I had your life Ben. Wish life for our family wasn't so hard. And you have showed me people living is such harder times. And now, I feel lucky. As hard as life seems to me... It is much harder for so many others.
Been there, done that journey, probably 20 times or more. First time was in 1982 and most recently just 2 months ago. I quickly learned never take a local bus from Kathmandu to Pokhara - it may be cheap but avoid it unless you're a masochist. The regular tourist bus is great - again it may take 9 hours but I still really enjoy it. 🙂
An exhausted Ben goes from, "How much is everyone else paying?" Then immediately giving up trying to figure it out. I think we all felt how exhausted you were. 🤣
@Backpacker Ben What if that was a scam between the bus driver and the guy driving the car? Pretend the bus breaks down and then he has his friend show up with an empty car to take yu the rest of the way? 🤣🤣🤣
Brother don't miss visiting Bhaktapur and patan when you come back to kathmandu. Bhaktapur is 13 km east from Kathmandu and patan is 5-6 km south from kathmandu. Bhaktapur is a bit peaceful than kathmandu and patan.
Love these alt-travel vids - the `godfathers` Harald and Benjamin - now the new guard of Kurt Caz and Ben the Backpacker. Can't knock it - especially Ben's sexy west country voice he's dead fit with a rugged yet cosy persona. Yeh I know he's straight!
Mr Ben, Please inspect the bus first, decide whether you wish to travel in that bus or in a better bus, select the seat and then purchase the ticket. Google shows fantastic air condition buses between Kathmandu and Pokhara. This bus journey was perhaps worse than your Amazon river boat rides in in South America. Happy that after such a ride you are in a good hotel serving nice meal
Man, nuff respect for your hustle. I don't know whether you're brave to take on those mountain goat tracks know as roads or you're just damn crazy. Bless up. Watching from the land downunder Sydney NSW

Your videos are something else. Almost every video is "i am going to pay for something I know that is going to be horrible. And just complain the entire time like I didn't know what I was getting myself into..." gotta change from Backpacker Ben to Bitchin' with Ben!😂😂😂
Nepal Series finally, thank you Ben for finally coming to Nepal. Now we just need Mr. Bald to join you or Harald for a trip to Nepal in the near future 🤗
I went to Nepal in 1988 and took the bus for eight hours then camped on a hillside befor3e treking for 10 days on a small group trip. LOL it looks like they never stopped working on the road. We saw where a bus went over the side and a thousand or so feet down into a revine on the way. I guess some things never change!
I've driven from India to Nepal and oh god those roads that you experienced, I can't blame you for being exhausted. I was exhausted in my own car travelling from Pokhara to Kathmandu. Those were the worst roads I've ever witnessed. Period.
When travelling around Nepal in the 90's I was told to never get on a bus driven by a young guy with sunglasses, bandanna and chewing gum. Instead look for older drivers who were more likely to get you to your destination in one piece😊. PS Excellent content, yet again
