Be aware of the calls from USPTO asking any sort of fee over the phone. The scammers now spoof USPTO number and calling customer acting as USPTO employees

1) typically 6-8 months 2) just needs to be pending to use for Amazon Brand Registry. You'll need your registration/serial number! 3) you should receive this via email upon filing
So let’s say we got approved for the brand by Amazon, but still waiting to get approval for the trademark - do we still have to wait to launch the product on Amazon ?
The other videos only tell you to get an LLC but they don't tell you to register a brand or at least notify you to get your name and logo secure forever, they also don't tell you that you should publish this association (llc) and pay a lot of money before of the 3 completed months.😢
So can we add multiple classes under one single trademark filing? For example using golf, could it be a physical apparatus and video training (assuming both classes “exist”) and then we’d be charged $500 for that filing, $250 for each class. Or would we have to file them separately? Thank you in advance 🙏🏼
