Even without oven it can be prepared by steaming it in idli thattu without losing its quality.I think it becomes more n more tasty if prepared after dry roasting those ingredients as shown by Mahima. Anyways 👍🙂

Yes. Roast pumpkin on a tawa and then add stock or water to cook. Then follow the recipe

You can make this without oven too. Roast the pumpkin on a tawa , add water and cook till soft. Then follow the directions as in the video
