Don't be afraid with knife then you can also do it as he did

First time making pumpkin soup and we love it. Making another batch this evening. Our first batch was vegan, our next will use homemade chicken stock and cream. We will use this for years to come. Thank you!
The way you slicing is so relaxing 😌
Oh man. Everything about this dish is amazing. If it tastes half as good as it looks, it'd still be incredibly delicious. Looking forward to making this now that it's getting colder.

You can tell cooking is an art for him
Thank you Jack for these laconic yet clear instructions! Just finished cooking the soup by this recipe. I used chicken stock (boiled with onion, carrot, and bay leaf), the soup has come out JUST WONDERFUL. Possibly the tastiest thing I've ever made! I also added a bit of curry seasoning (curcuma in particular). The only thing I did wrong - I decided that I added too much stock and poured off a bit. That was a mistake, so I've ended up with a liquid puree rather than a creamy soup. But it didn't affect taste qualities at all, but if you face the same dilemma, leave all the stock!
To save a watery soup like you did I can give you some smallhints. If you have 1/4 cooked left over rice or a cooked potato you can add it blended to a fine mush and add to the soup that turned out with more stock. Curcuma is just Turmeric. Curry powder just 1/2 tsp sauteed with butter brings out the flovor even better. I am a chef myself and these are our little tricks we have up our sleeve.
Hope it helps as cooked rice thickens any soup. doesnt alter the taste at all.
Just made this and it taste so good. Thank you.
That’s great to hear! Thank you 🙏
Wonderful 🙌🏻 I recommend a beaten egg for flavor and richness omitting cream and a touch of anise! 👌🏻

Here is the recipe - ruclips.net/video/h0yWKauJj_Y/видео.html. This is a base recipe and you can add all of your scraps to it. I also have a playlist on Stocks, Soups and Sauces, you should check it out - ruclips.net/p/PLm4CTm39B2cWqlqu80dUnQqtULQ_7_OF-

Thank you for this!!! I actually wanted to cook this when a korean variety show showed it but they didn’t thoroughly show the ingredients.
Also thank you for leaving behind a p.s on how many days can it be kept!

Thank you for the reassurance of adding coconut milk instead of fresh cream , I was always wondering if I could do that ... hence wasn’t trying this recipe as I didn’t want to use milk or cream . With coconut milk it turned out super delicious 😋 Celery also added a lot of flavour ..God Bless ✨
The thumbnail sold me
I’m glad! Thank you for watching. 🙏🙏
Very nice, waawuu-weewaaa, I like!

Thank you 😊
OOOOOOOOOOH creamy !!!
Sure is! 🙏
jacks car breaks down: ''its okay we replaced these parts, but don't throw them away, instead save them for a stock''
memes aside, the color looks superb. I use orange pumpkins since i add sweet potato but ill try this if i find good yellow pumpkin
Haha that’s awesome! That sounds like something I’d do 😉. I appreciate it! I’m glad you like it. You can use sweet potato with butternut, it will be a little darker but still have amazing flavour 👌
