Was the hood on ? what about kitchen make up air ? is it not blowing in cold air ? i've seen places just put fans in the kitchen to move the air around. Maybe put a Fan across from it blowing some cold air into the corner & or a Bathroom Fart fan above it. Probably best idea would be take a little run off the make up air & Blow it down right in the corner.
You know what questions to ask…. Hoods and make up air were on. The make up air pumps in the rear wall of the exhaust hood and blows out underneath the fryers. So your pumping ambient 38 degree air into the kitchen while the hoods are drawing mostly that cold air back out. The remote sensor for the kitchen unit lives at shoulder height where it was 55 degrees to heat just keeps cranking. In the winter obviously the issue is different and minimized as it pumps ambient 94 degree air in which rises and draws right back out while the hvac outputs 62 degrees and drops on the employees from above. The other issue is there’s no returns in these kitchens. The returns are in the communal hallways just outside both arched doorway exits from the kitchen meaning the hot air makes a bowl and stays in the kitchen.
Good Video Joe ! Merry Christmas 🎁🎄
another great video 👍👍👍
Have a nice Christmas you and your family….thanks for all the help in 2024 🎉
I always tell people, "refrigerators never die...They're murdered". Clean your condenser regularly!
If it needs it, it needs it. Blessings
That is one heck of a temp difference. What do they do in the summer. Good luck👍
Impressive 40 degree spread between the floor and ceiling!
Try lifting the opposite corner of ceiling tiles that you want to 'seat' :)
Hoshizaki ice makers are made in Heaven, their reach-in refrigeration units are made in Hell.
@@analogmoz non ironically every Hoshi cooler in my life always freezes over. We’ve joked everything they produce becomes an ice makers
