Honestly all these jealous people is embarrassing tbh… the only reason he may have had trouble buying them is because the fact he made 2 identical orders at the same time so they would have most likely cancelled it because the system could have flagged it as a mistake… I’ve had it happen when I preordered mine and my partners iPhone my bank wouldn’t let me pay for them as it was a large amount coming out in one go which I don’t normally do.

Plus I’m pretty sure they would have gone through even tougher checks to purchase the Bugatti… use common sense, if you have any to use.

It belongs to a drug dealer who can not be seen driving it because it draws too much attention, so it's easier to pretend that he rents it from Aleem. The second thing is that Saleem cut a deal in exchange for ratting out the rest of his money laundering crew. He received the lightest sentence compared to his confederates,a sign that this is why the authorities are giving him some leeway.
