Just three problems I have with this otherwise breathtakingly good PSA. One, that crash is one of the least violent of any in these PSAs, yet the only one where the vehicle ignites. That seems implausible, and therefore they should have made the crash more violent. Two, one of the passengers should have made it out, horribly burned, just to die on the ground in front of Mark. Three, that ending slide should have "And a potential murderer" fade in below the "bloody idiot", after a short pause.

But on a side note, where I come from, unsafe drivers are treated as those "intentionally endangering the lives of others". A crime that if often repeated severely enough (eg multiple high-speed red-light running incidents) can carry the penalty of execution.
