- Here's a commercial for one the notoriously cheap wines of the 1970s, T.J. Swann, featuring the Pointer Sisters.
This aired on local Chicago TV early Wednesday, September 22nd 1976 during the 12:00am to 12:30am timeframe.

Was a 17 year old infantryman in 1976…stationed in Germany. TJ Swann was the go to drink when I didn’t have enough money for beer downtown.
