@@SignalFragmentsI thought tuning my MiniMoog is a pain, this is a whole different level. I have a model 112 that needs restoration. It was last tuned at least 40 years ago and the tube amp needs work. Is tuning the same procedure? What do you use for a pitch reference?
@@MuzixMaker yes for your 112 it’s the same process. I typically tune Wurlitzers exactly on the note. No need for stretch tuning. So all you need is a good orchestral tuner or strobe.
Thank you! I own a 200A with a flat key I need to fix before I sell it. This should help. 😎
I don't have a Wurlitzer, but you showed me how it works, thanks.
Haha, my pleasure :)
Gracias por mostrar esta pesadilla de como afinar
Bienvenido :)
5/16 socket was incorrect for me. Mine was 8mm fyi
Hmmm that's strange. Maybe it depends on the year of production. However, Wurlitzer is an American company so having metric standards would be odd.
@@SignalFragments yea no worries... the 5/16th socket just swims around the heads of my stock 200 model... ?? No idea why :) Thanks though!
Hello what area are you in and do you offer tuning services? Thanks.
Yes absolutely. I do full restorations as well. I’m in Montreal.
joey💯🙋🙋🙋
Looks giganticly tedious.
Yeah it’s quite the task! But the result is amazing
