    Ingredients
    FOR CHICKEN MARINADE
    1) boneless chicken - 500 gms
    2) turmeric - 1/2 tea spoon
    3) salt - as required
    4) ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon
    5) curd - 1 table spoon
    6) green chili - 1 chili cut
    7) crushed coriander seeds - 1 table spoon
    8) chili flakes - 1/2 tea spoon
    9) crushed cardamom - 4 - 5
    10) cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    11) black pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    12) red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    13) fried onion - 1/4 cup
    14) fresh coriander - some
    15) egg - 1 egg
    FOR BLEND MIXTURE
    16) Oil - 1 tea spoon
    17) gram flour - 1 table spoon
    18) oil - for frying
    FOR SIZZLING GOLA KEBABS
    19) butter - 1 table spoon
    20) green chili - 3 chilies
    21) onion
    22) tomato
    23) fresh coriander
    24) melted butter - if required
    process
    - In a mixing bowl, combine 500g of boneless chicken with 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, salt as required, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of curd (yogurt), 1 chopped green chili, 1 tablespoon of crushed coriander seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes, 4-5 crushed cardamom pods, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1/4 cup of fried onions, some fresh coriander, and 1 egg. Mix everything thoroughly, ensuring the chicken is coated with the flavorful marinade. Allow it to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
    - Take the marinated chicken pieces and transfer them to a blender jar. Add a small amount of oil, around 1-2 tablespoons, and a couple of tablespoons of gram flour (besan) to the blender. Secure the lid tightly and blend the mixture until you achieve a smooth paste-like consistency. Ensure all the ingredients are well combined and no large chunks remain. Once the chicken, oil, and gram flour are thoroughly blended, you can proceed with shaping and cooking the kebabs according.
    - After blending the marinated chicken with oil and gram flour, take a portion of the mixture in your hand. Apply some oil to your palms to prevent sticking. Shape the mixture into a round ball, similar to a kebab shape. Then, gently press the center of the kebab with your thumb or the back of a spoon to create a small indentation or gap.
    The center gap helps the kebab cook more evenly and ensures that the inside is thoroughly cooked. It also allows the kebab to retain its shape during cooking. Repeat this process with the remaining mixture, shaping each portion into a round kebab shape and creating a center gap
    - Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the shaped gola kebabs into the pan, making sure to leave enough space between each kebab. Cook them gently, flipping occasionally, until they are well cooked and turn golden brown on all sides. Be mindful not to overcook the kebabs, as it can lead to a rubbery texture. Keep an eye on them and adjust the cooking time as needed
    - Heat a tawa (flat griddle) and add a knob of butter to it. Once the butter melts and starts sizzling, add green chili and onion to the tawa. Sauté them until they become translucent and slightly caramelized. Next, add tomatoes to the tawa and continue sautéing until the tomatoes and onions soften, releasing their flavors and forming a delicious base. You can sprinkle a pinch of salt to help soften the tomatoes faster. Now, add a handful of chopped coriander to the mixture on the tawa and mix well, allowing the flavors to blend together. Carefully add the cooked gola kebabs to the tawa and let them sizzle for about a minute, allowing them to absorb the aromatic flavors of the onion, tomato, and coriander mixture
