You are free to run the channel as your channel does not tells about the news , this rule is only applied to those channels use the channel of news channel

For now you need not worry. But if MoSha decide that certain recipes, particularly "mutton" "machli" does not agree with their sensibilities. Those maybe regulated too.
@@pedadasiddardha9655 No cooking channels will also be affected. They will be included under OTT Broadcasting channels. They will have to inform the govt before starting a channel. You can search through internet
