If you want to drive sporty then I'd recommend Italian or Austrian alps. They are much more relaxed with the speed limits. Often they have 100km/h as base speed instead of 80km/h. They also don't have as many speed cameras and speed controls. And if you get caught it's much much more expensive in Switzerland.

THAT'S AMAZING!!! Usually us Swiss drive very fast on the pass roads (mountain roads) for an advantage to reach your destination faster as there is no cameras on the mountain to photograph you if you speed. But 1 step wrong and that probably won't end too well... But great video!!!
(I'm not completely sure if there are cameras on the mountains but there could be some cameras hidden in some passes. I'd just be careful)

Good video. Which road is it? Is it a road to Furka? I was only on the other side where it meets with Grimsel pass. Thank you for sharing.

Are there regular fuel stations around the big 3 grimsel, furka etc? I. Am looking to do this trip from England but just need to find out where all the petrol stations are located 😂

I’m Swiss and live in Switzerland. Speed limits are as follow: cities/towns and villages 50km/h; on country roads 80km/h; motorways 120 km/h. Right at the beginning of an urban area, you will see a blue sign with the name of the place. Know that from here onwards the speed limit is 50 km/h unless there’s a sign that says otherwise (plenty of times there are 30 zones usually located near schools). Once the town ends, you will see the same sign this time crossed with a red line. From here onwards, the speed limit is 80 km/h (unless there’s a sign that reduces that speed - usually 60 km/h right by dangerous turns). Motorways are clearly marked by a green sign and the maximum speed allowed is 120. Unless, of course, that speed is further reduced to 100 or 90 (usually when road conditions aren’t optimal or there’s a lot of traffic). You can’t get it wrong as road signs are always clearly marked. Just keep in mind the maximum allowed speed on urban and country roads as well as motorways. Any time the speed is for some reason reduced, you will see a sign. Once you have driven past a stretch of road with a reduced speed limit, you will see the same sign crossed which indicates the end of the previous limit. (Have a safe trip to Switzerland)
Careful not to drive over the speed limit as speed cameras are hidden even on isolated mountain roads.

@@mattiatrabattoni8059You are right, if you're a tourist the highway (or motorway) will say 100 km/h speed limit. The 100 km/h speed limit is recommended but in reality the speed limit is actually 120 km/h
