Im flying to Davao in May and looking for some land in Kapatagan area, at the base of mount Apo. I want a private cabin there. The climate is incredible. 😃 My escape from the Davao heat!

I guess you can channel rain water from the roof to the pool, pass through filtration (dust & leaves) then treat it with chlorine. Ligo dayon :D
