Hi Finn , thanks for a great channel , please remember to make 2 drain/sugtions from the pool deep end , so when pump is running , people can't get sucked/stuck in the drain, requirement many places in the world already . We did a 10X5 M pool in our house in Leyte 2 years ago , Spend a little money on good LED underwater lights , some can change colors , for partytime 🙂

When i saw the wall going to second floor that you can put the big plant it will be nice if you put the wall light that will give nice infact to your plant and wall at night just like what you put in the stone wall outside. Its very nice i just emagine when it night and also in your foundation wall the your lanai porch area it nice to have a outdoor decorative led wall light that a big wooow factor and minimalist lóok... good light added a nice ambiance and really look nice in the house.. its ok to have more light around the house its a good threatening to the thief.... especially you have cameras around your house.... just suggestion guys!
Fun hike with a beautiful view at the top. Excellent exercise too. Health check up for the workers is awesome and by a gorgeous young doctor too. Awesome to have that experience and awareness that could change someone's life. Great time with friends in the outdoor kitchen too. Diving video really incredible and amazing sea creatures and then topping things off with your beautiful home that is getting closer and closer to that finish line. A long journey but wow, what a nice pay off!
Be sure to add a second drain at the bottom to ensure nobody's trapped by having their hair sucked into the drain. It's now a safety requirement in Canada.

My grandson started swimming lessons at 3 months. If you start them young, they have no fear of water and they learn to swim much faster. He is now 21 months old and he’s loving it.
I suggest you use the bathroom drainage a long one so that its easy subside the water in the bathroom or laundry room or kitchen or maybe in the roofdeck its easy to clean and very convenient just suggestion guys!

Nice to see you again, guys! It was great of Sherlyn's friend to visit and did some checkup on the boys. I guess checking up on your health is not a priority for some people maybe because they just don't care/afraid of the results/no budget for it or they don't make it their habit. Sad but true. There are barangay health centers who offer basic checkups and medicines for free though. Very colorful underwater critters, especially loving the "pokemon" nudie and the stairs, really awesome. Sherlyn is gifted, very creative! Huge progress on the house/pool, just a few more weeks needed. I'll wait for that "day" when you jump into the pool fr your bedroom, Finn, hahaha, will be epic! Thanks to you both for giving an update on the house. Fun to see the excitement build for you both. It is not especially surprising to see that some of your workers have not had a health screening as an adult. It’s pretty common that children get examined and families provided with advice for their well being. Sadly, this drops off as children enter school, and then as adults, a lot of people don’t get routine screening. At most universities, a screening is done for entering students. But for those who don’t get to college, it’s less common.

They call it Mexican Squash in America. My Filipina wife LOVE it! Congratulation on Ann receiving your medical degree. Have them check their blood sugar and blood pressure. The #1 health issue is Diabetes and High Blood Pressure! It's the Filipino diet of too much salt and sugar. None alcoholic fatty liver disease. You probably did more for their health than you think. 👍

Blood pressure is soaring in the Phillipines not because Filipino food is "unhealthy." Filipino diet mostly consist of fish, meat, rice, and veggies. All REAL food. The problem is the cheap oil they use to fry. The daily soda intake after meals. The sugar they consume. The processed junkfood they eat.
See Finn it looks very nice if your tiles in the bathroom are up all the way to the top it looks high ceiling and elegant than the shorter one. I mean if only 1 tiles look unfinished and you have a shortage of the tiles,.. hehehehe ✌️✌️✌️
The stairwell treatment is okay if that’s what you want. I’m not loving it though. I would have kept the whole area open and bright by just putting a banister with shatterproof glass or plexiglass underneath for safety. The yellow pillars are so compartmentalizing. It doesn’t add anything but to the loss of the grandeur of that beautiful staircase. Just my two cents.

Beef isn't very popular in the Philippines because they don't know how prepare it properly. It isn't that the Filipino cows are naturally chewy. It is just that the beef isn't processed correctly. The beef from Filipino cattle can be just as tender as any other beef, IF it is cared for properly.

The amount of fried food and meat surprises me in Philippines when I'm eating in restaurants or peoples homes, but people dont seem to care or maybe they don't understand danger of repetitive nature of their diet, moderation is good for our body health. The number of over weight people should sound alarm for people.

The health care is not surprising. I've done medical missions where lines are insane because people cannot afford to go to the doctor and literally wait for medical missions to come to their area to get attention. It's also sad because the help missions can offer is very limited due to medication restrictions and follow. A lot of unchecked conditions that go unchecked. I have a relative that is going on one to the PI this week.

You should use a grout for your tiles in your open balcony with waterproof adhesive type....
