    Solid breakdown on systemizing a business! For those watching, remember that automation tools can significantly enhance these systems. Tools like Zapier can connect your different software, automating workflows and saving you even more time. Good content

    Wondering what you are using to make the video.. is that an ipad for the drawing? Wondering how the drawing is being recorded and then the 2 video are put together.

    This likely has an obvious answer, but I'll ask anyway...
    Do get your clients' permission to record your video sessions/Q&A calls so you can use snippets down the road for ad content? Have you just created a doc outlining the purpose for recording and agree to edit out any identifying content? Thanks and keep creating more amazing videos!

      If it’s being used in marketing content we get permission.

      @@gregoryjhickman do you ever have too many customers that you can’t handle

    • @gregoryjhickman
      @gregoryjhickman  9 месяцев назад

      @@onweze1781 in our our model (Clients, Members, Customers) Customers are buying digital products that require no fulfillment so there really isn't a max you can't handle.
      If you mean clients in a service and or members, Yes, you'll hit points where things break and you will always have to optimize and find more leverage, either through more team, code, media etc.
      Growth is often messy and most don't talk about it.
      We definitely throttle how many clients or members we take on to ensure we can onboard and support appropriately.

    Agreed he just gives you basic overviews then tries to sell you a $10k to $20k package
    Greg also does not offer one on one consulting services and tries to rope you into a group to save him time.
    Good guy but bad business model and basic videos on RUclips that teach you nothing other then funneling you to his sales pitch

    • @gregoryjhickman
      @gregoryjhickman  9 месяцев назад +6

      Hey Paul sorry to hear that's what you think. I actually do have 1:1 consulting just selectively choose who I do that with.
      Not sure how training/consulting is a bad business model seeing as how it's been around for decades. While our model is group, every client gets personalized reviews of their offers, marketing etc.
      Just cuz you don't like something doesn't mean it's bad or doesn't work for other people.
      We turn down over 50% of the people we speak with as it's not a good fit or right timing so not sure why you're post seems to be attempting to make me look like a scam artist...
      You wanted 1:1 consulting and didn't trust me. That's totally fine. I don't buy from people I don't trust.
      I've worked with over 700 people since I got started and what you needed, didn't require a full 1:1 engagement when I have a repeatable system that's worked for hundreds of people in a similar situation as you.
      Anyway, sorry you feel the way you do. Appreciate you saying I'm a nice guy but odd you then go into how much you clearly don't like how I choose to do business. Sort of seems like you don't like me lol.
      Either way, sorry your experience with me led to a post like this. I wish you nothing but the best and all the success in the world.

      Scroll through the channel my friend. I've done deeper dives on onboarding, and marketing funnels already where I show you the exact wireframes and workflows with landing pages I use. I have one for sales flow coming out in a few weeks as well.
      Let me know what you'd like to see a deeper dive of as well.
      And having consulted 700 owners, sometimes they are too in the weeds and a high level is what's needed.
      Not sure where you're at but if I had the order I shared in that video when I got started I would have made money faster and wasted months if not years.
      So, to each his own I guess.
      Appreciate the comment nonetheless.
      Always looking to get better,
