The main parallel of latitudes are -
    Artic circle (66°30'N)
    Tropic of cancer (23°30'N)
    Tropic of Capricorn (23°30'S)
    Antartic circle (66°30'S)
    Equator (0° latitude)
    North pole (90°N)
    South pole (90°S)
This parallel divides earth into various zone like on the basis of intensity of light receive by sun these are -
1)" Torride zone" between Tropic of cancer and Capricorn
    2) temperate zones "between tropic of cancer and Artic circle and Tropic of Capricorn and Antartic circle
3)Frized zones in higger latitude in around poles...

Due to curvature of earth, the winds present at sub polar low get diverged towards equator or sub-tropical high (depending upon ICTZ).
When sun rays directly falls on the equator, these westerly winds blow south of the Himalayas. But when there is southward shifting of ITCZ i.e when sun rays falls directly on sub-tropical high, westerly winds blow north of Himalayas.

Sir according to me it is because sun rays affect the earth's climate by latitudes as you told us in previous video lecture when explaining latitudes control climate
And in 1st chapter you told us that sun rays affect the timing from east to west

    • @saumyadwivedi8998
      @saumyadwivedi8998 3 года назад +2

As latitudes move from north to south so it affects the climate and longitudes moves from east to west thus it affects the difference between day and night

Sir you firstly said that wind moves in cyclic manner then this can't be a reason that how we get rainfall in india ??
Because winds move from northeast to Southwest and when there become high pressure they move Southwest to northeast!!

The regions of low pressure and high pressure gets completely change and so the direction of the winds also gets changed. But the cyclic movement of wind mechanism continues. There are also various factors for the changing of pressure regions across the globe like because of the dynamic position of ITCZ, differential heating and cooling of land and water, movement of jet streams etc.

Sir I am having a doubt in factors affecting Indias climate: pressure and surface wind:--
You said that the low pressure is created at 30 degree so all wind gets evaporated and the winds coming from the south west brings moisture(rain)
    With it
But due to the coriolis force the winds coming from Southern part should become from Southeast Not Southwest.
