2 years ago I watched this video and weren't able to do any of those bodyweight exercises. After that I started calisthenics. Now I am able to do most of those exercises
Not as good as they are doing it, but at least I can do them. And it feels great! Start today!

@@davincithe7249 start with the bacics. 1-5 reps for Strenght, 6-15 for Hypertrophy. And work your way up to harder exercises like the MuscleUp or FrontLever. Calculate your daily need for calories incl. training and try to overshoot this number by 300-500 calories. Start with 3x FullBody routine. 1 vertical, 1 horizontal Pull exercise, 1 vertical and 1 horizontal push exercise, 2 isolation exercises at the end such as Bizeps curls or Trizeps extensions. 3-4 sets each. 6-15 reps per set. Try to make the training harder every time. The rest comes by its own.

This would be a wicked workout IF I could do a muscle up, front lever raise, L sit to handstand, haha
15% is not bad at all. It's nice to be around 12-10% but try not to go below that unless you're a pro bodybuilder. Consistency is the key. Keep working out and eat clean.
For exercises like these, remember these guys have been doing this for years and years. You have to start out somewhere. :)

It’s called hard work and determination
Even I couldn't do full push ups.... Took me a couple of months starting from a table/wall... Going through the stairs.....then on the floor but on your knees....start with the angle/height with which you can do 20 reps .... keep lowering the height every week.... eventually, you WILL do your push-ups..... I did! (Yup, same situation as yours)
PS- check your form.before Beginning.
PPS- don't thank me, execute... You can do this!

crossfit is a culture that has the right intentions but disregards joint safety. It's sad how many crossfit people I've talked to who have injuries and don't understand why they got them because they were "following the program to the T". Sure it's great to push yourself and you should always want a new PR or better form etc. but going for speed with what is usually towards the top of your strength capacity is going to put you at high risk for injury or damage prolonged over time.

crossfit is a special set of training methods which heavily involve uncontrolled movements in a swing motion of things rather than controlled, straight movements

It's been now 5 years since I first watched the video and it inspired me to start calisthenics. A few months ago I did my first pull up with 60 kg extra weight and my first dip with 85 kg extra weight. I can now also do muscle ups, back levers and human flags. Start today!

CalAesthetics they'll look better when they wear jeans too. Because they can style it better, sometimes having gigantic legs isn't aesthetic. Most marathon runners don't have gigantic legs and they are the peak of running long distance ability.

Amazing what you can do with an empty room full of metal bars. No should have any excuses when it comes to working out/getting in shape. You don't need a gym membership. I cancelled my membership not too long ago. Best decision I've made. Home workouts are the best. You're own rules and you can sweat as much as you want and listen to loud ass music. Truly is the best.
