I Have Owned Some Jeeps In My Past, and Still Have One Here...I Have Never Seen Them as Bad as the Ones You Have Worked On!!....I Will Never Buy a New One, Knowing How They Are Made!!....A Major Capital Investment for Jeep Should Be Heavier Frames and Some Kind of Under Body Conditioning!!!...I Think You Are Doing Great Work!!....Definitely Getting a Good Name for Yourself!!......The Jeep God!!!.....Every Jeep Needs This!!!
Just did my YJ. Both leaf spring mounts on the drivers side broke off and jammed into the frame, horizontal crack the length of the frame between the two, and a vertical crack going up the front and back side of the frame where the parking brake cable goes through. Passenger side is solid and hardly any surface rust.
Hi I was just wondering I just recently had the whole underneath of my jeep done. With front and rear safety cap as well as center skid sections. I was wondering what your thought are on putting drain holes underneath the center skid sections for water to drain out . I seen the front and rear caps have them but not the center skid section. Please let me know. I live in pa if I would have been close I would have had you do the work. But I'm far away.
Self etching primer and then a couple coats of flat black paint. We recommend that our customers further treat every year with something like fluid film.
Loving your videos and your explanations are great. I wish I can find a place like yours here in Chicago. I looked up Safe T Caps web site and they also linked in places to get the work done. Closes place they had was in Idiana. I will be giving them a visit. Thank you very much and keep up the good work.
There comes a point where it is time to send a vehicle to the salvage yard. I think this one was at that point. If the frame is this bad, there's probably more rust just waiting to be discovered. On top of all that, there certainly must be other time and mileage issues present or pending in the future. There is a time to stop and find something else. Find something used from Arizona, Florida, or West Texas. If you can do the work, it's probably ok. If you have to pay...maybe it's time to retire the old girl. Like the channel though. Good work you're doing there.
The repair costs less than half of what these jeeps are worth whereas a frame replacement can be at or slightly more than what the jeep is worth. The sections i replace are 99% the only sections that ever rust. The rest of the frame is perfect.
Been missing your content keep up the awesome work

Great looking work, wish the guy who welded up my frame cared about making it look as good as you did.

Great job! Do you have any experience with the rust buster kit?
How do you weld the part behind the rear upper control arm?
What kinda cost for labor on a job like that?
I wish I didn't live 3500 miles away a cross the border! I need a badass exhaust made for my 327 third gen Camaro!
How much does a job like this cost start to finish parts and labor?
Shoot me an email jpmorfius@gmail.com
what do you treat the new patch frame with ?

For the cost of Jeep body on frame vehicles the rust these frames exhibit is unacceptable to me!
Swiss 🧀 man why not just replace the frame if ur that far into it

MorFab Industries ur the man bro that’s a lot of time and hard work good job looking forward to seeing more
Flat black is horrible, stains easily and not durable satin is the way to go.
Some of these rotty frames id rather just replace with a new frame assembly.
So what your saying is to never buy a jeep. Lol
Not unless the frame has been fixed by me ;-)
Need a tetanus shot to watch this video...wow
